Five killed across multiple locations in Northern Michigan; suspect dead

Five people were killed Friday in rural Northern Michigan across multiple locations in Missaukee County, with the suspect, 39-year-old Chad Hickman, found dead, according to CBS News reporting. Michigan State Police described it as a multi-homicide investigation.

Troopers were called to a shooting at a home in Lake Township in Missaukee County at about 11:40 a.m. local time. They arrived to find three people dead and a fourth person in critical condition.
